Another fabulous month of music to look forward to featuring:

Stella Big Band – we are always so pleased to see Veronica and the band – an enormous sound with fabulous soloists – an amazing night of big band music.

Semafour – this exceptionally good quartet with fabulously interesting programmes and “mash-ups” – joined by Lorraine on vocals for the second set. IMHO they should be on the pro circuit they are so good

Razzamajazz – our first choice for Trad/Dixieland, led by trumpeter Mike Ellis. They have been entertaining us at KLJC for years now. A super night of music.

Night Train – a new band to KJC, but a couple of familiar faces on the band stand, ie Neil Drake on keys and Tim Stephens on drums. Led by Mark Turner on sax, with vocalist Una Pierce, guitarist Eddie Stephens, Gareth Cutting on bass – they have promised an eclectic programme with an interval extravaganza/surprise too??!! Have to wait and see.

Hertswing Big Band – They packed the joint out in May, as they continue to develop their repertoire of some of the more challenging Big Band charts – with a wonderful sound and Bryony guesting on vocals this time around. Get here early.

Kings Langley's best kept secret. Our Jazz Club (KLJC) has been running for many years and meets regularly each Tuesday evening in the Theatre Bar at the Kings Langley Services Club. We love to see new faces and there is always a great welcome and friendly faces. Come along and see what it's all about. You will be surprised to find the many different types of music and styles that come under the banner of Jazz and we present pretty much all of them.
