I have just been advised by JJ that, one of KLJC’s favourite vocalists, Catherine Lima, will be joining Conchord on 10th June 2025. Yippee!

So June is going to be another wonderful month at KLJC, with in date order:

. The Award Winning Hertfordshire Big Band – 3rd June – who you may have caught at the Watford Jazz Junction event recently

. The Conchord Big Band, now with Catherine Lima on vocals – 10 June

. The superb artistry of tenor saxophonist, SIMON SPILLETT, on 17th June 2025, OUR THIRD SPECIAL EVENING OF 2025, together with a wonderful support band.

. Matt Ward leading his Quintet/Sextet of super upcoming musicians of the next generation – 24 June

And, in the meantime, we are all set to welcome back the brilliant Hertswing Big Band tonight, 27th May, to bring some heat into our dismal recent weather.
